Terrible service by Michele. When I asked if she could apply my student discount she said, no word of a lie, 'you've got 5 packs of paper for £21, I wouldn't argue with it'. I think she may have been the manager. All I can say is I really feel for the people that have to work with her!! Never going back if I can help it.

Overpriced stationery. You're better off getting your stationery from Amazon. Far cheaper.

This was my go to stationary store until recently! I had a bad experience with the same person in question a few months ago also, recently i was looking for an item, the person who served me (I can only assume she is the manager as she has been there for quite some time) tried to sell me the incorrect item, i explained politely that i knew what i needed and what she was trying to sell me wasnt it. She gave me an abrupt and cheeky answer back and dismissed me by turning her back on me. The custmoer service and attitude in this shop is disgusting and should be addressed.

Been here a couple of times and level of service has been worse each time. Staff are abrupt, uninterested and I once witnessed a foreign student being spoken to in such a horrible way that I avoid this shop whenever possible.

Fantastic customer service from Lauren Byres Road branch! Not only did she source what I was looking for but she phoned me to let me know the item was in the shop! And my daughter lives it! Thanks again Lauren

Stationery heaven! Great for office supplies

Overpriced. Everything is available elsewhere for less.

The goods are really qualified there but their service (only two of cashiers) is the worst among all Ryman stores that I've ever been. Sometimes I try to avoid them when I check out, but I had bad experience in that store today. :( Hopefully Ryman can choose the right people be your cashiers.
