Nice selection of items but the hot food menu has been reduced now. Boiled egg on toast just isn't inspiring - bring back the poached eggs and avocado with pesto drizzle. The pastries are still interesting.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, delicious food.

Great cafe with excellent signature sour dough pizzas, open sandwiches, juices, teas, coffee and Swedish buns. Branch round the corner has a great range of Swedish ices, soups and sandwiches.

Lovely location by the meadows, plenty of outdoor seating and would recommend their hazelnut waffles

Love this place - great venue and lovely outside seating bit for when the sun comes out, otherwise you feel very cosy sitting inside looking out through the walls of windows. The sourdough pizzas are amazing, the coffee is great, and they always have a wonderful selection of baking to tempt you to stay longer. Staff have always been very friendly and helpful as well, although I haven't been in the last few weeks so can't comment on how it might have changed like other reviewers have mentioned.

It used to be one of my favorite cafes, unfortunately the service changed for the worst. I was refused the service a couple of times and once has been served normal milk latte instead of soy by mistake.
A few days ago I popped in asking if they are still serving coffee, they said they do, so I ordered it to sit in, explained where I was sitting, then another waitress interrupted saying they are not taking new tables. The cafe was still half full and they were bringing coffee to the other tables, but my order was cancelled, no offer for a take away at least. Very disappointing customer service.

Went into this place with my wife and newborn son yesterday afternoon. As we were about to take a seat we were told in a very unfriendly manner that they were about to start setting up for a private party and that we couldn't have the table. The place was about half full and there were plenty of free tables dotted around elsewhere but when I asked if we could sit at one of those instead I was told no. Very disappointing experience and frankly a ridiculous attitude during the Meadows Festival when businesses close to the Meadows get plenty of extra custom. Next time I suggest you put a sign up saying you are closed for a private event to prevent people wasting their time! Needless to say we won't be back.
