Small and well run restaurant with very good food

Small restaurant with with few tables, a large menu and moderate prices. Food is delicious and service is good. Downside is that a busy carry out trade in the same room means that there is constant coming and going and it gets noisy so be sure to reserve one of the tables away from the front door or the counter, especially in winter.

Wonderful! My first visit yesterday to this very popular restaurant. Staff managed to squeeze us in for a quick meal between other bookings. Excellent Indian food. Pleasant and accommodating staff. Very reasonable prices. Only downside (which is also an upside) is that the restaurant is small and very popular best to book ahead. We got lucky yesterday though so always worth asking! They also seemed to be doing roaring trade in takeaways too so remember that option!

Easily one of the best curries I've had. I travel the country and try every curry house I can. Beautifully spiced and fantastically balanced dish! Vegetarian options are unique and the selection of vegetables more varied than the usual fare. Also perfectly cooked melt in your mouth not mushy or undercooked. Highly recommended!
