Sainsbury'S

It's a supermarket. As supermarkets go, it's fine. Big. Has pretty much all you could want.

I shop at Sainsbury's a lot. I find they have a lot of variety on offer and the food is of a very high quality. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Excellent experience, helpful and friendly staff as well as good products! My favourites are the fruits from Greece and France! These labels taste ALWAYS better! 😉

It was nice and quiet but I generally don't like the atmosphere in this building. I dont like the narrow homemade corridor at the actual store entrance on Gorgie side. Folk always block it. Cafe is nice as you can see windows.

The supermarket is superb and they have really nice and affordable products but the restaurant is a NO NO. I went there with my kids for lunch and we were there for over 45mins and were not being served while the people that came after us were being served. This wasn't the first but the second time. I had to ask for a refund of my money and went to McDonald's for a meal. They did not even offer an apology. Very shoddy customer service.
Don't go there if you don't want to die hungry while waiting.

Good range of products although stock is not always replenished. Staff is helpful and nice most ofbthe times

Great staff excellent with disalbled and people with mental heath issue i have seen staff take a man who was panicing into the back got him a drink phoned his point of contact and at first he was sttopped for suspected shopliffting they listened and helped the man big up for the staff x

Large Sainsbury's store. All the usual stuff plus clothing and homeware. Lots and lots of tills and seldom a queue of more than one person. Lots of bike racks outside for those of us who shop by bike. This is appreciated!
