Sainsbury'S

Surprisingly large store between Rose Street and St. Andrews square. Excellent location and usually well stocked.

Clean. Convenient. Decent prices. Lots of self checkout.

Odd layout and most of the tills need to be more reliable. Staff are helpful though

Good selection of products across all price ranges. Clean and well designed layout.

Well stocked inner city supermarket. Does hot pizzas if you get there before 9pm.

Recently tidied up so that it has windows in the reasonably large groceries department. Although it's got what you'd expect to grab a lunch, it's one of the better Sainsbury's Locals for having things for the cupboard too. It's also large enough inside that once you're past the foyer it's not too crowded. You'll need to be comfortable waiting to be served, or able to use a self-scan machine.

Cheaper and bigger than the Sainsbury's Local in the train station. Good place to grab drinks and snacks before going to the station.

It's very handy to pick up what you need. You can be in and out in minutes. Plenty of self serve tills.
