The Bake & Grill has come a long way since its founding in 2015. From its humble beginnings as a student-run bakery in a dank Fitz corridor, the establishment has now somehow become one of the top rated cafes in Cambridge, outdoing even the likes of Starbucks, Aromi, Chinese Canteen and Wetherspoons (source: Restaurant Guru). This accomplishment of course could no...t have been pulled off without you, the esteemed customer. Without your backing, Samuel’s Bake & Grill would truly cease to exist. Words cannot express how thankful our team is towards your unwavering support all these tripos-filled years.
At this juncture as we prepare to take the franchise forward and establish more outlets in Singapore and other countries, it is with great pleasure that we release some of our baking recipes to you, the people. Bakers trade recipes on a knead to know basis, and it is without doubt that the typical Cambridge student is in serious knead of more baked goods. These recipes are actually legit and have been tried and tested, and recipes marked with the ‘Chef’s Selection’ sticker have been found to be particularly strong and stable.
We hope you will enjoy experimenting with the recipes as much as we did. And remember, if you ever feel like your results are half baked, don’t be a weirdough. A good baker will rise to the occasion, it's the yeast he can do.

Booked the place for a private dining event and had a specially created menu from chef Samuel himself. We all had a great time, will definitely be back!

Best pancakes 5eva. I cried everytiem. Can't wait for brownies.

Awesome cakes! Had the orange flavoured squash cake topped with strawberries. Icing sugar makes everything look better. It was delicious!
