This week, let’s focus on Establishing Routines - not on big, long term goals but small, baby steps that will make a difference.
Here are some ideas:
1. Drinking a glass of water first thing
2. Scheduling in ‘Moving’ every day. A walk/run/class/picking up the kettlebell for 5 mins... start small!
3. Being intentional about eating - prepping ahead and being mindful about calories in vs calories out (being kind to myself and planning easy family meals come Thurs/Friüòä)
4. Being intentional about rest time - stopping and pausing during the day to be grateful, letting our minds rest, bodies rest, winding down, slowing down...
Starting small, keeping it real and attainable💪❤️
