The Sansum kickboxing classes, are taught at the Mosset Tavern, Forres,
Our Classes cater for all ages and abilities, whether you a be a complete beginner to martial arts, or a timed served black belt,

We train in the Mosset Tavern Every Tuesday and Thursday,

Info for Classes
Little Dragon (3years 6months to 5years)
These classes are all based around core skills, balance, coordination and concentration, all through fun based martial art games.
Tuesday /Thursday 1630-1700

Little Ninjas (5years to 7years)
Little ninja classes, provide discipline and concentration through games and challenges, all fun based, working every month on a specific Kickboxing technique, to achieve there new belt.
Tuesdays and Thursday 1700-1730

Terriers (7years to 12 years)
The Terrier Syllabus, is set with the goal of your child achieving there Junior Black belt, everyone month, they are giving a specific technique, that they will learn, and the will grade for the coloured belt, all through challenges and games designed to grow the confidence and abilities.
Tuesday and Thursdays 1730-1815

Teens and Adults(13 + )
Teens and adult classes are all based around, fitness, fun and kickboxing, classes are for all abilities, for this class we aim to help you achieve your goal what ever I maybe, improve fitness, weight-loss, or just as an activity to do,
Tuesday 1815-1900 / Thursday 1900-1945
