I'm Sarah, a Holistic Therapist based in the Ripon, Boroughbridge and Knaresborough area. I've had a life-long love of Complementary Therapies and I knew when I had my first reflexology treatment when I was 16 years old that I needed to learn how to do this myself. I still remember that first treatment despite it now being over 30 years ago. I love giving Reiki and Reflexology treatments and have been told I am approachable and friendly and put people at their ease. I'm the sort of person you can be yourself with, you don't need to pretend to be someone you're not, you can just be you and come to my couch just as you are, take what you need from the treatment and (hopefully) walk out feeling refreshed.
