We offer a wide range of services covering all sorts of mental health issues in adults and young people. Having worked in schools delivering counselling and mentoring services, we have lots of specialist experience of dealing with the fallout of traumatic events on young people and adults, including anxiety, depression, behavioural issues, self harm, eating disorders, anger etc.
Our therapeutic approach is tailored to the needs of the individual and we offer a unique added service in that we can be flexible about where and how therapy is delivered. We offer home based sessions, sessions at a mutually convenient location as well as Skype and email advice if required.
