Sauro'S Chippy

This chip shop is amazing, has been all its days. I used to come here at lunchtime from school, I'm 30ish now and I still come here over any other chippy.

The cubs from Linburn Scouts did a chip shop run, visiting all the local places that one could buy a bag of chips. Sauro's was voted this the best local chip shop in 2015 and 2016 by Linburn cub scouts.

Never had a problem. Foods always spot on 😊

Best chippie in Dunfermline. Staff are great and very friendly. Eat here regularly.

Can be hit and miss. Some staff have a bit of attitude and can ruin the overall experience.

Words can not begin to describe my utter disgust at this place. I went in at 11:00 PM to Order a pizza. And I was literally told to "P*** Off" whilst the woman working the counter cradled a child.

Popped in as was feeling rather peckish one Saturday afternoon. I ordered a chip buttie and got a glass bottle of red cola. After I managed to walk back to my car and jumped in. I opened my chip buttie up and inside the actual roll I found a nest of cockroaches. They were still alive and crawling around like nobody's business. Went back into the store and showed the lassie behind the counter. I asked for a refund but she just squeezed some brown sauce on it and handed it back to me saying "there's nothing wrong with it". At this point I just left the shop and went to halbeath chips shop instead. Much better chip shop so GO TO ARMANDOS NOT SAUROS
