I had a wonderful Clarins tri-active facial which includes lots of massage. It was so relaxing and I felt my skin looked great after.

Excellent treatments and very knowledgable staff. All very professional. Definitely recommend

Just had a caci, loved the treatment, great salon and great therapist.

Made an appointment last Weds for a Aqua Foot Detox and Glam facial in the Crow Road branch for today (Tues 9th May) called this morning to confirm time as couldn't remember if it was 10:30 or 11:30am and never got an reminder like I usually would. Was told I had no appointment plus they don't do Aqua Detox at the Crow Road branch yet this wasn't mentioned when I called the week before. I'm now without an appointment on my day off work and left with £50 worth of vouchers my husband bought me. I was offered to book another appointment but to be honest I don't one as I've now got a wasted day after being let down. I have a call log on my phone (which I have screenshot) to show when I called last week! I've made a complaint as rather get my £50 back and go elsewhere but won't find out until next week as manager is on holiday. Also offered to buy £50 worth of products but I just want my money back so I can go elsewhere now. Been to Savannah 2-3times previous and never had any issues until now. The website for Crow Rd also shows that they do the Aqua Detox also.... been told this is getting updated.... lady I spoke to was polite and dealt with my complaint professionally but would rather take my business elsewhere. Await managers response next week in respect of getting vouchers reimbursed otherwise I'll be seeking advice from Citizens Advice.
