Fantastic weekend with Kalle, huge thanks to everyone who came. Savate Scotland is now based at our full time training premises, Evolved Training. Our Savate classes are going from strength to strength with some wonderful people training. Exciting times ahead for Savate in Scotland.

Savate Scotland is now based over at our shiny new training location. All classes and workshop are based there from this point onwards. If you haven't liked our new page, please do, and if possible a little share. We need to let people know that we now have our own training location.

No class tonight, we are close to finishing off the new Evolved Training gym ready for people to come in and train. Our new home will cover everything from PT, to sports therapy, to conditioning, and have variety of programs to suit everyone. Savate Scotland will merge into Evolved.

Reminder, no class tonight. Our next class should be in our new facility :)

Its official, change of use has been given to our new training facility, Savate Scotland classes will now merge into Evolved Training and Performance. This means more classes, more one to one sessions, strength and conditioning and performance coaching for those wishing accelerated training. Exciting times ahead for us, and a permanent training base under the Evolved Training banner.

Really looking forward to tomorrow evenings Savate class at Kinloch Memorial Hall. This may ( or may not :) ) be the last class here until we move into the training unit in Blairgowrie.
Tomorrow night we will be looking at reaction speed, importance of footwork and combination theory. So lots of boxing and kicking.

Would someone local like a free private lesson next week ( boxing or Savate). I am looking for someone to come do a session that i can use the new Hykso Boxing sensors. So not only will you get an awesome workout, but will get your average punch speed, power etc data. If you fancy this let me know, and if you would like to share, then share away :)
