BARGAIN £100 This mirror retails most places £250 we sell it for £235 and unfortunately this one has fell and got damaged so this is being sold for £100 (mist marks could be touched up with a champagne /silver pen and once up wouldn’t really see the damage or the brackets could be moved and have the damage at the top so not seen at all either way it’s still a great mirror just needs touched up (bought as seen) xx

I just love this shop - the assistants are so helpful and make me feel so welcome - especially Tracey and Janet. Even if I am only in for a browse ( which is rare because there is always something I want to buy) they have time to chat and point out new items. The range of products is excellent. A great advantage having this shop in Falkirk.

I can't rate Scarlett Ribbons highly enough, as I have visited lots of times. On one occasion I asked them if they would help my young children choose gifts while I waited outside, and the lady was fantastic with them, and the gifts were perfect. Thank you so much �

Fantastic shop with loads of gorgeous gifts, it's the place I go to find that little something for someone special, or if I want to treat myself. Staff are lovely, always smiling and willing to help.

Beautiful gifts and different from the high street which is what I always look for fed up with same old same old place to get classy and different gifts and lovely helpful staff have bought some beautiful presents from here and unusual christmas decorations also xx

Yesterday was my first visit to your shop and I'm sad to say it will be my last. My mum and I came in for a browse, I needed to purchase a few cards and my mum had been admiring some of the interiors in your window. While we were having a look around my mums handbag caught a small egg cup on the wedding display stand and knocked it over, it did not appear to smash so I picked it up and placed it back on the shelf where it had fallen from and we carried on browsing. A matter of seconds later one of your sales assistants rushed over and abruptly took it off the shelf (an older lady with reddish hair). About 5/10 mins later we made our way to the till so I could purchase my cards and a beautiful engagement present I had chosen for a friend. I was served by a lovely young girl with long dark hair and glasses, (I would just like to highlight that she was lovely, polite, welcoming and very helpful and the service we received from her was of a very high standard), my items came to £40 and I was extremely happy with my purchase...however, the young girl serving us asked if I'd like a bag and I said I would so she explained that there is no charge for a bag but instead they just ask for customers to pop some coins in the charity boxes they have sitting next to the till. The entire time that we had spent at the till so far, the older sales assistant with reddish hair had been standing next to the young girl (behind the till) scowling at us with what I can only describe as a look of disgust. My mum proceeded to put coins in the charity boxes and we commented that it was a lovely thought to do that instead of charging for the bag, then my mum said that was her good deed done for the day to which the reddish haired sales assistant replied with " that's your good deed done for breaking our egg cup!!" (In a very condescending nasty tone). My mum was left completely embarrassed and shocked by this horrible lady and the way in which she spoke to my mum, not just infront of myself and the younger assistant but infront of other customers in the shop too!!! My mum was totally unaware she had damaged the egg cup, as was I, it was myself who picked it up and it appeared to be fully intact (I had not noticed a small chip on the rim of the cup). My mum was left red faced and replied to the lady very politely "oh did I break it!?" To which your very rude assistant replied "yes!! You broke it!!" While showing my mum the damage that had been done to it. My mum was mortified and kindly offered to pay for it but instead of acknowledging my mums kind offer this older lady felt it was more appropriate to stand a look down her nose at my mum making her feel belittled over a chipped egg cup - again, I will highlight the fact that she offered to pay for it!!! My mum then tried to break the silence by saying she better get out the shop before she breaks anything else and I took my £40 worth of goods and we left. To say we were in shock and disgusted at the treatment my mum received is an understatement!!! I can honestly say that even the lovely young girl serving us looked gobsmacked that her colleague had been so rude to us!! The older lady should be ashamed to treat paying customers like that. It's such a shame as the shop itself and the goods in it are faultless and I would like to highlight that I am no way disregarding the service we received from the lovely young girl who served us. I am getting married next year and saw many items I would have returned to purchase without a second thought for my bridal party, but i most definitely will not be back to your shop to purchase any goods in the future after yesterday. I have worked in sales for 13 years and have never seen bad service like that before. I work in the town myself and can honestly say I won't be shy in sharing my experience with my clientele. I wouldn't want anybody to be made to feel how we were made to feel in your shop yesterday. Its such a shame as we would have happily returned numerous times if it wasn't for this one member of staff.
