Bingo anyone! Will your family be calling house soon? We’re doing ok mixing it up I’d say and like most folks keeping a check on our emotions is usually the last thing we do. So please ask for help, sit each day with your feelings, let them be, accept them and move on, and be kind to yourself and everyone around you. We’re all going through the same in our own unique ways 🌈
Sometimes Anxiety doesn’t need tools and strategies straight away, we need to look at the environment around our young person. NLP4Kids are here to help you today!

Be the tortoise - don’t fret if the kids didn’t get the school work done. They’ve had time with you. They’ve been learning by just watching you. Enjoy just having that time together 😊
Testing Times #3 Today we’re looking at creating structure in the spaces you use at home. Why is this important?
*It keeps specific academic learning tasks separate from family & play time
... *It helps keep distractions to a minimum and guides the kids on what is expected of them
*It acts as a trigger to doing schoolwork
*It lets them know when it’s time to learn, play, relax, play video games etc
Kids & young people need guidance & structure so keep it simple and keep it clear.
And above all give it time. 😁
