Scone Sporting

Berryhills is set in the stunning Perthshire countryside in the heart of Scotland and is part of the world famous Mansfield Estate at Scone Palace.

Scone Palace is "The Crowning Place of Scottish Kings" which runs along side the steep banks of the mighty river Tay. It is set in almost 5, 000 acres of arable and mature native woodland making for a fabulous days shooting for Pheasant and Partridge. We cater for teams of 6-10 guns. Bags range from 100 to 250 + per day. We can also cater for mini driven days, walked up days, woodcock shooting and pigeon shooting over decoys or evening flights. Morning goose shooting over decoys and evening goose flights can be arranged also by us on a neighbouring estate. Grouse shooting and stag stalking can also be arranged on one of the other beats on Scone Palace. With over 22 established drives we can cater for either single or back to back days guaranteeing a diverse and challenging day of sport.

Hospitality can also be built into individual packages to suit all our clients needs. This can be served in the field or at the many first class establishments in the surrounding area or through Scone Palace it's self depending on individual requirements. A typical day would be to meet at the Palace for tea /coffee around 9am before departing for the field. Thereafter light refreshments will be provided at mid morning and then returning to the Palace for a luxurious 2 /3 course lunch with house wine. All our days consist of 5-6 drives ensuring a full days shooting. To finish the day the guns are presented with a game card and a brace of birds and of course there is always an invitation to join the beaters and pickersup for a drink and a blether. All our days are relaxed and informal run by myself as shoot tenant and gamekeeper to ensure we deliver a high standard and great memories of your day with us at Berryhills.
