scoopz is a hidden gem. It is surprisingly very busy. The variety of ice cream can include iron-bru, Jaffa cake and my favourite (when in stock) melon & kiwi. The prices are very reasonable. Great place for a coffee, milk shake or to meet for a chat.

Went here for the first time today and will definately return!! Fantastic icecream and not skimpy on the scoop size. Flavours are fab!! Jaffa cake and puff candy being my favs. Staff were really friendly also!! Highly suggest re-locating to be more central as can guarentee you would get millions of customers. This shop is a hidden gem!!!

Nice ice cream but it would be nice if the staff were as amazing as the ice cream

I used to love this place. Tasty ice cream and friendly, helpful staff. The ice cream is still great but your lovely staff appear to have been replaced by two glum, rude individuals. I hope this is a one off or we will not be back.

The staffing issue has to be fixed, I have been many times and even though the staff have always been careless and rude, the waffles and milkshakes were delicious so it was totally worth it. With the prices having gone up and waffle portions going down, having to stand waiting 10 mins whilst 3 ladies stand there having a chat telling me repeatedly they will serve me in a minute It's simply not worth it. I wish I could say it's a one time incident but they never seem to care much. Shame as place is great and with more caring staff I wouldn't mind the natural increase in price and unexpected decrease in portion size.

Took the woman 20 mins to make my milkshake every time I go there I seem to wait longer
