I purchased a chandelier for a relatively large amount on the 11th of June, it's now been 14+ days and communication about the whereabouts of my item has been non-existing, although on the website it states ' delivery between 3-5 days'.

I've left a handful of emails and attempted to call the telephone number every day (mon-friday) for the last two weeks. However , no replies to emails and when I call I'm being presented with our offices are now closed, even though I'm calling between 9-5 (stated hours).

I'm happy I paid through PayPal and not via phone or other unsecured method. I'll be contacting PayPal for a refund.

Avoid this company.

Goods came on time but I had ordered the wrong ones and returning them seems impossible! I have rung and left at least 7 messages and e mailed over a period of 2 weeks to no avail- I simply cannot get a response from them and my order involves quite a lot of money. I would not deal with them again, it has caused a great deal of stress.
