Great prices and staff

I love this place and the people who work in it. The tiny shop is packed to the rafters with stuff but if you say what you need they are off and find it in a matter of seconds. Proper old school service with excellent prices.

I work as an odd job man and when I think I will have to go to a big megastore DIY place I'm constantly rewarded by this place having everything I need. Round sureform 8mm olives one scoop of cement based tile adhesive or two brass screws, Ian and his staff are very knowledgable and can advise on stuff and/ or alternatives. I have for years shooped for all my hardware requirements at Scotstoun Emporium and have yet to be disappointed by the quality of service and truly extensive range of products in stock. It reminds me of days gone by when local family run businesses put their customers first, offered helpful advice and knew exactly where to find the item you are looking for.

Its the best shop in Glasgow for buying anything you need for the home. The staff are amazing and Ian knows where everything is in the shop. It beats B&Q any day for prices and quality.
