*Scott's back at the Clinic from Tuesday 23rd October*
Scott will be back at the clinic from tomorrow morning - and is currently fully booked on Tuesday & Wednesday.
Unfortunately, I'm unable to contact anyone to book an appointment until Wednesday 24th/Thursday 25th as I'm not back home yet (our ferry didn't sail but we managed to get Scott on a flight tonight to get back to work in time!).
... Huge apologies for the inconvenience and I'll be in touch with everyone as soon as I can.
Many thanks Ruth :)

We're still working on our logo but our new website will be going live very soon! Please bear w...ith us as no doubt there will be a few hiccups during the change over!

There’s going to be a few exciting changes happening at the Clinic over the next few months – the first of these is our new ‘CHRONIC PAIN SERVICE’.
For this we are looking for 10 people to take part in a FREE course of treatment which will include assessment, hands on treatment and rehabilitation.
During his 2 years of working on the Island Scott has noted that he is seeing a high number of clients with long term pain. Although many cases respond quickly, chronic pain is comp...lex and mostly requires a course of treatment, due to the long term nature of the condition.
Our aim with this clinic is to provide a service which is affordable and accessible for people who would benefit from a bespoke course of treatment, tailored to their individual case. The location of the pain may be focussed in one area e.g. low back, neck or shoulders, but often the symptoms will move around the body. The length of time the individual is in pain makes it ‘chronic’, but the intensity and frequency is unique to the individual. Attention to these individual details is crucial to building a strategy of service.
Eligibility: If you have had any of the following for over 5 years: • Regular body pain i.e. low back, neck, shoulders, hips, knee. • Headaches and/or migraines. • Recurrent injuries to a particular area. • Regular pain which moves around the body to different locations. • Unclear diagnosis or poor response to treatments. • Investigations i.e. x-ray, blood tests, MRI show no conclusive reason for symptoms. • Fatigue and/or low energy levels.
If you are interested in taking part – please contact us by Friday 7th September through Facebook message or email: scott@completeosteopathy.co.uk
We’re aiming to run this at the start of November. Thanks Ruth 😀

Painful spasms in my spine for 4 wks. Went to Scott and the next day painfree.Worth a visit to be free of pain.

User

My sons injury is now non existant thanks to scot. Physio now have their hands tied with laws about hands on & they passed him out the door with no hope. Scot has relieved my son of his injury and given him a future in sport he thought he couldn't get back . thanks again scot

My experience of Scott is that he is extremely talented, professional and honest. I've been to several people over the years and in my opinion he is the best. Even when he was just getting established he wouldn't let me make more appointments than necessary. He fixed severe back pain, that was keeping me off work, within two appointments. I was able to work again after the first.

User

I've had treatment from Scott in the past and found it a remarkable experience - he achieved more in a few sessions than years of conventional medicine and physiotherapy had done. I loved his holistic approach, along with his very attentive and gentle manner. I wouldn't hesitate to go back if need be, but he does such a great job that you find you don't need him again for ages! Highly recommended.

User

I went to Scott for a few years when he was based in Inverness and I think he's an excellent osteopath, very skilled at sorting problems that are complex and difficult to treat conventionally. I was diagnosed by my GP with plantar fasciitis in both feet and could hardly walk. Scott got me mobile again, and sorted out my posture and back and I would really recommend going to see him. He doesn't tell you to go back unnecessarily ,or repeatedly, unless it's really needed.

User

I managed to hurt myself exercising and after weeks of misery I went for a couple of sessions which helped me greatly and with some new stretching knowledge I'm back to myself. Highly recommend, very comfortable and friendly environment...Thankyou!!!

User

I defy anyone to go and see Scott and not feel better for it. I really appreciate his holistic approach to your well-being. Great treatment in a warm relaxing atmosphere - can't fault it. Well done to you and Ruth :-)

User

I can't rate Scott highly enough, went in feeling sore and tense and on pain killers. 3 weeks on no pain and no pain killers, feeling fab. Thanks :) :) :)

User

Having suffered with back & neck problems on and off over the last 30 years I've been to many different practitioners, with mixed results, About 5 years ago a friend recommended Scott to me, since then I wouldn't go to anyone else. His technique is very holistic and gentle which is perfect for me as I've also had lots of treatment for cancer. I think he has the training, experience and natural ability to be able to help with many problems. His technique is so gentle I'm often surprised at the difference they can make, and how relaxed I feel afterwards. I wish him all the best for his move and am delighted that he will still be holding a regular clinic in Inverness. Next time I need help I'll be there.

User

Great service, highly recommend, any niggling injuries or recurring aches and pains, get an appointment :-)

User

Fantastic place and very professional would recommend to anyone with back issues.

User

Exhausted all NHS help for son during his younger years when he suffered greatly from Osgood schlatters. scott identified areas where he could ease his pain and eventually he was out of wheelchair, off crutches and exercise. We cannot thank Scott enough for his gentle, empathetic and encouraging support for both the physical and emotional challenges facing our son. Our son (and I) have great respect for this professional.

User

After breaking my leg 4 months ago the pain has not improved as much as it should have by now. I have finally had a sensible suggestion as to what else may be going on. Highly recommend Scott! I can now go to my consultant armed with information that may improve my outcome! Thank you so much!

User

After 2 treatments I was freed from a recurring neck problem I've had for years. Tried anti-inflammatory's, acupuncture and massage which relieves it for a while but this is the only treatment that ever works for me. Thank you Scott

User

Absolutely awesome, I felt very safe and I believe the diagnosis was very accurate.
