They were awesome, as they tackled the obstacles and challenges on the way around the course.

Stirling New Figure Skating Club came to our Edinburgh course today for the second year in a row, to raise funds for their club.
Teamwork was the key today as they helped each other over, under a d through the various obstacles whilst going around the course.

A massive well done to Stuart who in his first month at Personal Training through a healthy diet and exercise has lost an amazing 1st 6lbs, 11inches and 0.8% body fat!
With weight loss you get what you put in in terms of effort and Stuart has put in plenty of that and had a great first month!

Would just like to say what a fantastic day we had at the gun range. A massive thank you to Douglas for making us feel so welcome. Myself, Lewis, Finlay and Kerr had the best time infact Finlay said "Mum, that wasn't just good that was amazingly good!" I think that says it all. All in all a 5 star experience had by all and would totally recommend to anyone wanting to try something a little different. Finlay now knows what kind of party he wants for his birthday!� Thank you so much again and see you all soon..x��

What an amazing day, had a great time and have to say Gus, Scott and Robbie where fantastic and so encouraging, will definitely be back, would definitely recommend it for anybody of all abilities.

Alyssa and her friends had a fantastic time, thank you so much gus and the scotts for making us all feel welcome and making the girls giggle all the way round. I really didn't know what to expect, but I am so glad I went. The sun was out but it's the muddiest I've been in a long while �� after today, I say the muddier the better.



We laughed, fell, swam (?), climbed and laughed some more. Doug and Simmy looked after us and made sure we had theeeee best time. Thanks guys, will defo be back xx

We went to Scottish assault courses venue at Winton castle for a birthday party for my stepson and 4 of his friends. Scott and Gus were the instructors that took our party round the course. They were very friendly and knowledgeable, they also made sure that all the boys were helping each other around the course as there are differing levels of fitness and ability between them. Most of the boys enjoyed getting wet and dirty and if others fancied missing an obstacle it was fine as there was no pressure put upon them to complete it. The kids all agreed at the end that they would love to do it again and were discussing whose birthday it was next so that they could also book it! Thanks Scott and Gus for providing a memorable day for us all.

We took my son and a few friends for his 9th birthday. Both kids and adults had a ball and the course was much bigger than I thought. Douglas the instructor was fantastic and really made the boy’s day. We had the cold buffet afterwards which was delicious, would highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back! ��

We have just done the assault course for my sons 11th birthday. 5 hyper boys and 3 wary adults (myself included). Our coach Kristen was amazing (and patient)!!! Haven't laughed so hard or worked so hard in a long time!! Kids (and adults) loved it!!! Totally recommend these guys. We also had a hot buffet from the cafe, it was delicious (especially the macaroni) and reasonable. The staff are all kind, courteous and really helpful. Thank u again for making our sons wee day a great one. Xx

We had such a great day at Scottish Assault Course in Errol this morning. So well ran and put together. Graeme is an absolute legend and was amazing with everyone. Every single person had such a laugh and we will definitely be back in the future. Thanks Graeme from all of us at St james youths football team. �

We had our sons 9th Birthday here yesterday. We highly recommend this place. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. The service was second to none. All the lads had a blast. They laughed from start to finish.

Took my son to the gun range for his birthday, I ended up having a go as well. Douglas was brilliant from start to finish. It wasn't my intention to take part as I wasn't too sure what to expect, however it was a great experience which both of us really enjoyed and we will definitely be back. Would thoroughly recommend giving it a shot!!

Took my son to the gun range at Galston today as an end of school holiday treat and I am now officially the best mum in the world!! I ended up doing it too and we both had a great time! We learned how to handle guns safely, what each one was and what it would be used for and had a shot of most of them.

Thank you so much for everything and we will be back. If you are looking for something a wee bit different no matter your age I would thoroughly recommend

Took my husband to the gun range today for his bday treat. What a great time we had will def be back. Sat in cafe after it had a lovely coffee ect n played pool. Staff were great in both parts thank you so much. See u all next time ���

And we weren't disappointed not our usual day out, but the buzz we all had from the Edinburgh course was amazin! Instructors were fantastic and so encouraging, would highly recommend! Didn't matter the fitness or size of any of us in the group we tackled everything with the encouragement from the guys!

Had an absolute blast yesterday at Scottish Assault Courses Dundee branch. Graeme made sure we were safe at every turn and was always available to help when we (I) was struggling! A special thanks to Graeme thought who, when my two year old daughter was getting really upset and impatient, tried to comfort and appease her while I finished the obstacles. Thank you! Will hopefully be back ��

Had a great time at the Glaston assault course! Wanted some experience b4 doing the tough mudder course in June, and my sister and I got exactly that.This course is definitely something anybody should give a go. Plus, all the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Will be going again ���

Had a great day out here with the girls from work! I wasn't too sure it was going to be my cup of tea but I ended up getting stuck right in and it was a brilliant day out �! We all definitely got very muddy but that was half the fun and we just had such a laugh! The instructors Doug and Simmy were great and I would definitely recommend this place x

We'd arranged the indoor shooting range and the assault course for my son's 12th birthday with four mates and they had an awesome time and haven't stopped raving about it! Thanks so much for a brilliant day.
