Scottish Borders Greyhound Rehoming Center Description

Started by Sonia Graham nearly 20 years ago, the Scottish Borders Greyhound Rehoming Center is a branch of the Greyhound Trust. We take in ex-racing greyhounds from Newcastle Racetrack and finds them loving forever homes. Based outside the village of Reston, just off the A1 we have can have 35-40 greyhounds in our care looking for a safe and loving home.

Greyhounds make great pets and are suitable for all kinds of families. Whether you work, have children or other pets, we look at all situations individually and work hard to match the right greyhound with the right family.

Biggins is desperate for his forever home - he has been with us far to long now!! He was the first dog who arrived at the kennels in 2018 and we would really love this cuddle monster to find a home before Christmas.
Biggins is incredibly loving and good natured. He loves a cuddle and a comfy bed but is more than happy to go for a nice walk. He is good with small and other breeds and would happily be left for a couple of hours.
He really is a special boy and we have no idea wh...y he is still here. Do you have room on your sofa for this lovely boy!?
Please contact us on 07967057759 or email sonia.graham@virgin.net for more information. Let's get this boy his Christmas wish - a forever loving home ❤️❤️
Biggins is 5 years old and not suitable with cats.

We are at that time of year again where winter is fast approaching! Our poor little domestic washing machine is struggling to cope so we are asking for your help to raise the money needed for an Industrial washing machine!! Could you donate the price of a Latte or glass of wine??

Today is national Black Dog day! We have over 20 black dogs, a mixture of boys and girls, all waiting for their forever homes. Let's celebrate their beauty rather than see them passed over for other coloured hounds!!
