I've trained here for about 8 years, SMAC is exceptional in every area.

Been attending here for Muay Thai for a few months now.

The facilities are well kept and the instructors are really nice people! The class prices are good as are the memberships. Hopefully I'll be able to keep going for a while yet. :D

My daughter attends the TKD Tigers classes here and these have helped her self confidence, team work and stanger/danger awareness a lot and has met lots of new friends through this. I'd recommend this centre to everyone of all ages and abilities and for lots of different activities also.

The centre is clean, tidy and the staff and instructors are always helpful and understanding of all ages and abilities.
