Scottish Meat Training is a training provider wholly owned subsidiary of the Scottish Federation of Meat Traders Associations based in Perth, with a team of peripatetic assessors and Internal Verifier employed to ensure that certificated training is undertaken to develop the potential of the individual and to increase the skills level within the Meat Industry.

Scottish Meat Training provide structured training programmes using the Food Manufacture Modern Apprenticeship resulting in recognised qualifications for all those entering our industry and also for our existing workforce in both the wholesale and retail sectors.
