Scottish Property Sourcing is dedicated to helping private investors source attractive residential properties in Scotland.

With a successful Lettings business, N & L Properties, we were always on the lookout for new Landlords and properties to rent as well as adding to the existing portfolio.

One solution was to utilize the services of a property sourcing business /company, however, as seasoned investors we struggled with companies and individuals who claimed to source property. Why…No one took the time to understand our strategy and as a result they only did part of the job we were always left to with additional research and were never comfortable with the level of service.

Out of this was born “Scottish Property Sourcing”, where we would become the eyes and ears of the investor, here in Central Scotland.

We created a sourcing business that was built on developing relationships with sophisticated investors, where trust and confidence came before the property solution. As a result we source properties for a small number of investors and syndicates, providing many of them with multiple properties every month. Every month we run an investment tour of Glasgow Properties where new and old investors join our “Bus trip” and participate in our working lunch with our local professionals.
