Scs – Sofa Carpet Specialist

I went into SCS after passing by and seeing the sale signs, I had been in previously and not seen a suite I liked but had a style in mind and thought I'd look again, when I walked in I looked around for a bit before Michael said hello and I asked him if they had anything similar to my picture, he showed me a gorgeous suite which was also in the sale, Absolutely nothing was an issue I spent a good 40minutes deciding, making calls. Michael gave me the time and space needed to decide. He went above and beyond measuring the space of my room in the store and making me a coffee. I didn't feel pressured at all and even returned to the store that evening to show my family. When I mentioned a quote I received for flooring he also took the time to give me a quote which was considerably cheaper and again gave me lots of options and recommendations. That evening I left with a 3&4 seater, flooring and carpeting for my whole house. A fantastic experience being able to have my flooring arranged and sofa hassle free, no stress or pressure. Michael was fantastic, knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Top customer service.
