Scs – Sofa Carpet Specialist

Felt intimidated straightaway when there were at least half a dozen men (staff) standing on the stairs inside shop talking as we walked in. They were like vultures waiting to pounce.
Sure enough a salesman came over and gave us his patter then said he would leave us to look without being hassled. He did the total opposite! He also had a complete change of attitude towards us when he realised he was not going to make a great "bonus" out of us as we declined the extra care packages offered on our sofas.
Still waiting on our sofas being delivered but pushy salesmen and a lack ofgood customer service would not encourage me to shop in here again!

I wish I could give this company no stars. Bought a carpet and within 1 year had bald patch on the stairs and in the living room. After the carpet being inspected by SCS was informed it was how my mum walked up and down the stairs, bearing in mind my mum has difficulty in climbing stairs they said it was due to her heel rubbing on the rise. The bald patch in the living room I was told this was due to TV shuffle, as my mother was rubbing her feet as she was watching TV. Told them this was rubbish as we had other carpets and never ever had a bald patch. Please avoid this company

Staff were horrible and didn't offer us any help at all and when we walk in they asked if we were lost. There was 4 staff on and they were just stood about talking with each other showing no care in the world. We felt like we were intruding and there was no other customers and they didn't even say goodbye.
Poor place would never go again.

Customer service is non existent. Staff can be pushy and rude. My mother bought a sofa from here and it was a nightmare. The way customer service treated a 76 year old customer was horrific. My opinion -
SHOP ELSEWHERE

Went in before Christmas with intention to purchase a carpet. Sales guy came over and made me feel unwelcome and in not the same words "stop looking and f*** off". I walked straight out and bought a carpet next door instead.

They really need to work on their customer friendlyness.

Very helpful staff, competitively priced. We carpeted our home through this outlet, took the finance option as it's really easy to pay off with such low monthly payments. No complaints so far.
