Scs – Sofa Carpet Specialist

Don't use go elsewhere. Had an awful lot of trouble with carpet and fitters employed by them. Wasn't told of certain things. Also never explained properly the invoice which I never received or signed till day of fitting. Staff not very helpful

Bought a sofa from this store and the service has been shocking the sofa makes noises this is acceptable.they say .Cusions are under filled and the piping is all over the place , upgraded to foam and it's already flattening one cushion is all bumpy at the front.technician came out said my expectations are to high sofas make squeaking noises the pipe is ok .he then went on to add the the sales people in the branch don't know what they are talking about as I said the manager had said it was poor quality when I went down with photos .I will NEVER buy from this store again and would recommend customers avoid.

Very good customer service and quick at coming out to measure for carpets.

Sexism comment made by sales person as entering store. left without looking at any furnishings. if thats they way they greet customers its not a store I would shop in.
