Sdm Cars

Very poor customer service and warranty support. Very keen to sell me a new car but not interested in the rusting 3yr old toyota hilux they sold me new. I would rather crawl over broken glass than buy from Sdm again.

Great staff and pleasant atmosphere. I had my car in for the annual service. SDM phoned me to confirm if I wanted them to go ahead with work with no assumptions. I would recommend.

Some kind person managed to hit my car whilst it was parked in Sterling, Popped into SDM Toyota in Falkirk, to ask for a quote for repair and they repaired it within 30 minutes and didn't charge either . Excellent service, really friendly staff , brilliant . Well done Toyota

My car a Peugeot 407 diesel engine saloon car was Damaged by a driver who drove into the drivers door on a roundabout on Xmas day..I took the car to SDM Bodyshop in Falkirk for a insurance company quote..and my experience with them was excellent...
A professional inspection was done to assess the damage caused by the other driver...
And a email was sent the same day to my insurance company Ageas for authorization to get the car fixed...Less than a week later my car was professionally repaired and a new door fitted...painted and finished to a as new standard...
Can't thank them enough...
Would recommend them to anyone...
