I'm aways happy with SDM's service - there are plenty of Toyota service places closer to home and it's worth the trip. Be prepared to buy car mats separately though, ooft.

Recently refurbished and looking good for it

We bought a Fiat 500 model 2014 from SDM Toyota in Falkirk. We are happy with the service that was given by Robert in the sales department. but after we paid for the car we got a surprise that there's no car mats!! Just finished a call with Robert and he said that's normal and I could get new mats but I have to pay for them like I don't know where to buy them from. After all if you thinking of buying a car from them make sure to have a good check on everything including mats as there will be no after sale service:( it's not about the mats as they cost hardly anything they tried to hide it and we never been told that the car comes with no mats! According to Robert that's normal but it's not normal to mislead someone by not telling them the first day.

My husband and I bought our RAV from Toyota SDM in 2010 and the service was done regularly by them every year. We were always made to feel very welcome by the service dept and other staff and nothing was two much trouble for them. The customer always came first. We have just bought another RAV but unfortunately not from SDM this time as they did not have the car we were looking for. Sad really as yet not received the same service so far..
