Seagreens Cottage Description
This cosy cottage can sleep 4 plus a travel cot with a double bedroom and a twin room. There is one bathroom comprising of a bath and a separate shower, a living room with comfortable sofas and wood burning stove and a fully equipped kitchen /diner. There is a secure garden to the side and the back of the cottage with a patio and comfortable furniture and an open front garden that leads onto the beach.
The beachfront location provides stunning views whatever the weather. It is ideal for a relaxing break or for a family holiday exploring the surrounding area. The cottage has been beautifully refurbished and is fully equipped for visitors. It is located on the sea between Johnshaven and St Cyrus in Aberdeenshire
The cottage has electric heaters and a wood burning stove in the sitting room and underfloor heating in the bathroom. All towels and linen are provided. The spacious kitchen has dhishwasher, microwave, large fridge /freezer, fire extinguisher and fire blanket and a table to seat 6. There is a TV with a DVD player. There is a washing machine and a separate tumble dryer, and a gas bbq stored in the outbuilding. The village of Johnshaven is a 20 minute walk away along the coastal path or just a short drive. The town of Montrose is only 7 miles away with several supermarkets and shops.
