Now, right off the bat I am not going to demonize all supplements, some have their uses and can be helpful but most are absolute bull****! Due to advertisements and marketing the supplement industry is able to convince you to buy these snake oil products in the promise to make you look like the very pretty lady or jacked dude on the poster, however these models are genetically gifted, most likely on steroids and photoshopped into oblivion! ...The truth is you will never look like them because you ain't them!
Your training is made up of a few things, put simply...training (train), nutrition(eat), recovery(sleep)...this makes up around 98% of the results you get from what you do. The remaining 2% can be supplements but if you don't have every other aspect of your training bang on then i'm sorry but green tea extract tablets are only going to shrink your wallet not your waist...
If the vet says your dog needs to lose weight you feed them less and walk them more... you don't buy them doggy fat burners and diet dog food (I hope) so why don't you do the same for yourself?
Spend your money on better food not snake oil, don't fall for the bull!

Haters Gonna Hate Brah­¤æŹ
Look, you can't please everyone, you just can't no matter how hard you try. You can be the nicest and kindest soul to ever walk the face of the earth but you will still have people saying you're "too nice"...
Personally I find using negative feedback and negative experiences as the best motivation there is asides from literally being chased by a bear.
... Have you ever seen these transformations when a guy or girl gets called "fat" during a breakup and a year later they're a lean machine and happier than ever? That person used that negativity to fuel their motivation, flip the negative into a positive and prove them wrong.
It needs to be said that all negative comments you get aren't exactly true, have you ever seen these "Hello" magazines tearing apart a celebrity for letting themselves go when they just had a lick of their kids ice cream at the beach? Aye, sometimes its utter nonsense so you have to see through what's actual feedback and what's just a lie to try and hurt you.
Use negative feedback and experiences to fuel you and prove them wrong no matter how petty it may seems!

I think one of the most powerful things people can do is stay consistent everyday no matter how you feel.
Think of your goals as chopping down a tree ­¤ī▓ Some days you hit harder than others BUT as long as you swing that axe you will continue to make progress. Chip away everyday and strive for progress not perfection.
... I know I sound like Mr Miyagi, wax on wax off and all that jazz but its something a lot of people need to realize!
