I cannot thank search consultancy enough for all their help. Lisa and Denise in the Glasgow offices were absolutely wonderful. They were so helpful, approachable, friendly and done absolutely everything to get me a job. I highly recommend search consultancy and can't thank them enough.

Search Consultancy are a very helpful and highly professional recruitment agency. Carly McLardy, one of their contract consultants, has been exceptional going above and beyond to help me find work in such a short space of time. She helped me a lot with interview preparation and kept me up to date every step of the way regarding the process of my application. Search informs of jobs that are available via regular e-mails and gives details of the job, length of assignment and its whereabouts. Agency work is good if you are looking for a temporary job and allows you to get an insight into a company - what it would be to work with a certain company or business on a full-time basis. Working in different places makes for a varied work life! Also all staff at Search have always been polite and patient, and have never let me down supplying the necessary paperwork, when asked for.

Go and find another agency this place is a joke , was promised a start even turned down other work as I was promised a start , when the start never materialised I phone them and was told " don't worry you will definitely be starting and it was just because the person who I had to see was off sick" but then they never answered or returned my calls .
Utterly disgusting way to treat anybody.

Sadly, badly let down by one of the Recruitment Consultants. Paid a finders fee for a cleaner then within a few weeks of him transferring over, unbelievably the same consultant offers the same cleaner work at the same time as my shifts....

Emails and voice messages were ignored by the consultant in question. Time to go legal for return of my finders fee.

I deal with both Aberdeen and Edinburgh branches and I have to say they are miles ahead in terms of integrity and professionalism.

I have to give them One Star, which is a shame, as thats one star too many....

feel let down badly by the Agency , lied to and two jobs was told of start dates and this did not happen. after being told off a start date i declined another job offer, left me now out off work. I do understand things can happen, be honest rather than lie constantly and give people false hope. with the promise off call backs that never happens, this has been on multiply occasions and after reassurance yes we call you right away or later today ect. It doesn't happen.

I've always had fantastic dealings with Search, first it was through Karen who was always more than helpful and lovely to deal with - I couldn't praise her highly enough! I then had help through Jade and Lisa and again they found me interviews and opportunities, everybody there was always an absolute pleasure to deal with.

As for businesses, with Search's stringent recruitment filtering process you're sure to get the perfect employee on the exact criteria you are looking for.

I believe this recruitment agency put me first and looked to find the most suitable role to fit my experience and the company's criteria. I'm very happy with my numerous experiences at Search!
