This is not your "normal" B&B experience. The owner/host, Matt is a raconteur beyond compare. Breakfast was perfect and if you want more just ask, all locally sourced produce. Impecibly clean room. Just an all round wonderfully, relaxing experience. I will be going back to visit the beautiful Lower Largo but now also to see Matt, a new friend. Thanks again Matt.

Fantastic location. Great B+B with lovely clean rooms and comfy beds. Matt the owner makes sure all us just right and cooks a great breakfast. Highly recommended.
