If only I could give 0 stars to review. Absolute con artists!! Never buy a caravan from them unless you are prepared to spend a fortune, if you can’t, you don’t fit in and they make your life a misery and in a round about way, steal your money. Site itself is a good location, shame about the owners!

Lovely place for short break.

Worked/performed there last weekend, and I cant praise this place enough. Nothing was too much trouble and the van that i was given was top class... extremely friendly staff and others holiday makers. Highly recommended

It's very close to Arbroath but in the country. Its only a 10 minute walk to the beach. Lots of green space and wild animals. Neighbours are friendly and so are the staff.

Had wedding here last year, very polite manager, keen and eager to help

Had Christmas dinner here and although the place is nice and staff are kind the food could have been better

Great place for a night out.

Have stayed at Seaton Estate for a few years now and it is a wonderful park to stay on, lots happening for adults and children.
Last weekend there was a BBQ with over 200 people in attendance, with lots of things for the children to, face painting, bouncy castle, zumo wrestling and lots more, with a dance in the evening to follow, an excellent day for all concerned and many thanks to all who contributed to the days events and many thanks to the park owner for allowing us the use of his grounds for this event.
