Select Property

I wouldn’t even give this place a star but have to so I could write this review.
I’m a landlord and select properties “managed” my property.
Can’t stress enough to avoid this place! The checks they say they do on your property is lies! My tenant moved in 2015 and it’s now Dec 2017 and there was only 2 checks done on my property in this time.
I’m lucky I have a good tenant and there was no damage to the place.
Can never get hold of them when you need to or you send an email and it takes days for them to get back to you, if they do get back to you.
The website makes out they are a great wee company and the checks they do and look after their tenants and landlords, trust me none of that is true.
I wouldn’t go near them if your a tenant, landlord, buying or selling a property.
Terrible company!

Unprofessional, disorganised, rude.... need I go on. We rented a property from them, loved the flat, but they are horrendous. Can never get information out of them, so you then spend all your time chasing them up.

Saving for our dream home now, and I can safely say I wouldn't even buy my dream home if they were selling it. Just dealing with them and their behaviour would turn it into a nightmare.

Better chance of getting hold of Elvis Presley than this lot...

Very unprofessional and unorganised, been waiting 3 weeks for a phone call back and every time I get in touch they say they'll call me in a few hours but don't.
