The apartment is within easy walking distance of all the major city centre tourist attractions, including the castle and The Royal Mile.
This stylish, fully-equipped apartment comfortably sleeps up to 5 people, two people in a double bedroom, one person in single bed room and a further two more people on a double sofa bed in the sitting room.
Ideal for a short, self-catering city break in the Festival city of Edinburgh or a great base for a longer holiday if you wish to explore other parts of Scotland. The apartment is also available for short term business lets.

Situated within a 19th Century traditional Georgian building, our centrally located apartment is in the bottom of Meadows, with a 10 minutes walk to Princes Street and a 10 minute walk to the Grassmarket, the Royal Mile and Edinburgh Castle. The apartment is located on the first floor.
The kitchen is fully equipped dining kitchen with fridge /freezer, dishwasher, cooker and washing machine.
The apartment is equipped with high speed Wireless Internet.
Several bus stops are 2-3 minuets away from the apartment. There are a number of buses on Lothian Road which go directly to Waverley train station.
Lothian Road is in the centre of the theatre and business district of Edinburgh, with the Usher Hall, Lyceum, King’s and Traverse Theatres and the Odeon and Filmhouse cinemas within a couple of minutes.
For business visitors, it is in the financial sector with the Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC) just two minutes walk away. The headquarters of Scottish Widows, Standard Life and the Clydesdale Bank are adjacent.
The area is well served by excellent restaurants offering a wide variety of foods and should you wish to eat ‘at home’ there is a supermarket(Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Scotmid Co-Operative, Farmfoods, Realfoods, The Co-operative Food ), frozen food shop within several minutes walk.
