There was a "Buy a Meal Campaign" carried out by the HRM Staff at Christmas and it had a lovely impact on those people we care for who had no one to prepare their Christmas dinner. . Watch this lovely film because its just heartwarming as it meant older people were able to have a Christmas day meal, some chocolates and a mince pie brought to them by the #HRM #Homecare Team. #careaboutcare #homecareday19 #wecare
