A gym which is constantly improving and striving to build on it's facilities, while ensuring all members are consistently looked after, as a group or on a personal basis. An extremely friendly welcoming to all members old and new every time you step foot in the gym. For someone who has tailored there dieting and training towards a specific sport - SGF is the place to be!

Fantastic well equipped gym. Great friendly atmosphere from both instructors and other gym users alike. Great selection of classes, and I cannot recommend the personal training sessions enough. Unlike any gym I've been a member of before!

Brilliant gym. Have never been a gym person but got advised by my family to give it a try, so joined four months ago at age of 56 and have lost 22 pounds and feeling great. Staff are great always willing to help with workouts and diets take my advice try it.
