Tanning Tips

The Night Before:
- Gently exfoliate your whole body and pay particular attention to
knees, elbows and ankles.
- Moisturise to hydrate and prepare your body for the perfect tan.

Tanning Day:
- Wear loose clothing.
- Do not wear deodorant, creams, perfume or make-up.

After Application:
- Leave your tan for time advised (dependant on tanning product
used) before washing to allow your tan to develop.
- Avoid all exercise and swimming for at least 24 hours after
application as this can inhibit the development of the tan.
- Do not shave for at least 12 hours after application.

Maintaining Your Tan:
- Moisturise regularly using an oil-free moisturiser
- Avoid long, hot baths /showers as this speeds up exfoliation
- Pat skin dry after a bath /shower
