Weekend Sessions at the Shed ๐๐ผ
Wednesday and Friday 30 mins core training and Thursday my weekly yoga session with Natallia's Fitness Yes I love doing weights and HIIT training but sometimes you have to slow it all down. Itโs so important to have a strong core and that we stretch our bodies. I still donโt stretch enough but my weekly yoga session guarantees me at least one hour of nurturing my body and some much needed relaxation ๐ง๐ผโโ๏ธ
Megan and Laura gave the 1000 rep challenge a go in their PT session this week. Good job girls ๐๐ผ
After 3 days of the 1000 rep challenge today I opted for a leisurely walk up Fyrish with my sister and my Dad๐
3000 reps in 3 days! Tough but I loved it ๐๐ป

Helen assured me she would never manage 1000 reps. So what did we do today 1000 reps on the kettlebells! And she managed every single one. A great challenge for a Monday morning. So proud of how well Helen is doing๐๐ผ
1000 reps on the barbell with @shonsmacinnes today. I love when Shona comes for a workout we keep each other going and when I want to stop she doesnโt let me ๐ Sometimes, believe it or not, I need pushed to work that extra bit harder. Now I know how you guys feel ๐
