Prices are different over the phone than what they are in person when it comes to paying for what you got done, can't give you what you want so they talk there way out of it to compensate, not a fan, they charge you more money after your hairs been done than how much they said it would cost...

This was the worst hair appointment I've ever had in my entire life. First, I asked to go completely blonde (which I already paid for) but instead I got highlights. I look like a rejected Brittany spears. Second, they kept asking me if I wasn't something extra for blah blah amount, and I kept saying "no I dot have any extra money". Third, THE MOST OUTRAGEOUS they blow dried my gah and charged me £22 more for it. I had to wait Hal an hour for my dad to come and pay a ridiculous amount of money for hot air. I will never ever go to them again.
