Great morning of learning all of the interesting aspects of Frontcrawl and how to pace

There are spaces remaining n this Frontcrawl clinic. Learn how to balance your stroke correctly, learn how to maximise your ‘catch’, ‘press’ and ‘push’ phases in your arm pull. Learn how to apply that knowledge to help you pace for any distance of race.

This event is open to 9yrs to Masters swimmers who are training at least 2x week in a club. Coaching by Olympic Coach Gary Vandermeulen

We had a great 'TURNS' clinic on Saturday morning. Here was an email I received Sunday morning:

Just thought I’d let you know corey took a 3 sec PB in his 50 breast today taking first place in his age group. 41.68 sec 50 m breast time. To me it looked all Down to his turn so yesterday was invaluable.

This sad bunny was left behind last Tuesday at Wallace HS. If you know who it belongs to please let me know.

Private Lessons Available -

Frontcrawl Clinic including 'how to pace' for competitive swimmers from age 9+. Coached by Olympic Coach and former Olympic Swimmer Gary Vandermeulen. Please send a message if you have a child who would like to attend. Tulliallan Police College 10am - 1pm. Includes 2hours swim time and 1 hour discussion.
