Sher Bros Trading Co are the largest non-food cash and carry in Scotland. We carry more than 100, 000 products at our 150, 000 square foot premises.

Sher Brothers Trading is one of Scotland’s leading trade warehouses. The first Sher Brothers cash-and-carry clothing warehouse was set up in 1951 in Glasgow. Since then, the group has gone from strength to strength and now operates four wholesale cash-and-carry warehouses, trading under the names Sher Brothers (Glasgow) Ltd, Sher Brothers Trading, Sher Brothers (Cash & Carries) Ltd, and Bonnypack Ltd. The 4 companies specialise in clothing, non-foods and foods respectively.

Market research carried out by the company indicated a pressing need for a ‘one stop shop’ for all non-food items. Previously customers in Scotland had to visit a number of different cash-and-carry wholesalers to purchase everything that they required. Sher Brothers purchased a 13-acre site on Kilbirnie Street, Glasgow, close to the Kingston Bridge and M8 motorway for easy access. This central location was ideal for a new extensive cash-and-carry warehouse, providing an area of 130, 000 square feet for over 80, 000 wholesale non-food items. Trading commenced in September 2006 and the company is now well-established as one of the leading wholesale establishments in Scotland.
