While the men were working on defence the ladies team were trying something a little bit different tonight, our training session started with us being put through our paces by the Shetland Ballet Community, core work, balance, flexibility and new trying scoring dance moves, if you haven’t tried ballet yet get yourself along, it’s a great workout! 💪🏉👯‍♀️
