Shimla

I placed order with Shimla and waited an hour with no delivery.
called back and they said it would be there in 5 mins so i stood outside waiting on it. After 20mins no order arrived and i was cold so went back inside and phoned. They said no one was there so driver drove away. I advised I was actually outside so they must have went to wrong address. I was told were not re delivering. I asked to speak with manager and they said they would re deliver in 5 mins so i went outside again....15mins on and no delivery. After this I called again to be told yea its on it way will be 10 mins. I said that was unacceptable as we were only a few mins away and i was told ok it will be a few mins. zi waited a further 15mins absolutley freezing by this point and called back to be told just wait another 10mins. I said has it left. She said no. i said will it leave she said no and thought that the game she played was funny. I asked to speak to manager to be told she is owner and kept hanging up. She then used threatening tone to say come to shop and started to mock my voice.
On arrival at shop the staff thought this was funny and said the order was still in shop. No apology and owner just stood staring at me from the back.
Disgusted with this unprofessional attitude that resulted in everyone waiting hours on food.
Playing an awful game mak8ng clients wait outside for food in winter knowing fine well they will not deliver. Very disturbing behaviour from a business owner.
