Working overseas, I initially contacted three Scottish Triumph dealers regarding collecting my bike for an annual service and MOT for my bike.



Craig and Mike at Shirlaws were the first to get back to me and couldn’t have been more helpful regarding my requirements, making arrangements for it’s pick up over a month in advance of my trip home.



On the day I was contacted by Billy who arrived as agreed and made light work of getting it safely loaded. The following day I was kept informed regarding workshop progress by Mike, who ensured everything was to our mutual agreement before progressing.



The bike was delivered back to me promptly the following day, again without fuss by Billy along with a stamped service book and MOT certificate.



I fully appreciate the collective team effort from everyone at Shrilaws, which will allow me to get staight back out on the road next spring and enjoy the beautiful rumble of a big Triple once again.



Thanks guys.

Very friendly staff that gave me good advice on the ER6f that I was looking to purchase and the clothing department gave me a great deal on my helmet! Will be back to get my next bike and any of my future biking needs.

To top it off best thing for me was free delivery to Ullapool! Would highly recommend.

First day on my new toy �. My experience with the shirlaw's family started well over 8 months ago when I went in not having a clue what I wanted, The team were friendly and informative with no pressure to purchase anything.



Roll forward 8 months and I can say from initial test ride to purchase and of course pick up. It's been a pleasure to deal with everyone who I came in contact with 5�



Would highly recommend!!

First class customer service experience from Shirlaws.(which is more than can be said for some dealers down south) Sent an email on a friday night asking for a call back first thing saturday morning to place a deposit on an ex-demo zed thou sx. Call came in early doors satuday morning from Donald. Deposit placed. Drove down saturday to do the deal and pick up the bike. Had a little trouble with insurance listings for the bike (listed as an H2 lol?) Which caused it to run passed the closing time of the store. The guys were kind enough to keep the store open for me untill i was fully sorted. Even let me purchase a cover when the tills were shut down. Total legends. Its little things like this that makes buisnesses excell above the competition. If i didnt live so far away i would be going to Shirlaws for all thing bike related.

Excellent service from Ricky regarding purchase and fitting of Sena Blue tooth unit Nothing was too much trouble and price was as good as online deals. ,Ps hadn't noticed how dirty my helmet was until I handed it over Came back looking like a new lid .... Thanks for the great job !!

Collected my first bike bike today from Shirlaw's, a Triumph Daytona 675. Chuffed to bits with the new Toy and looking forward to getting some miles under my belt. I couldn't recommend Shirlaw's enough, easy, smooth and fast service. They were that efficient It actually took me longer to sort out my insurance over the phone than it did to process my trade in and sort out the new bikes paperwork. Again Excellent service and a breath of fresh air!
