Beautiful Salon, great treatment's especially Semi-permanent got my eyebrows and lips done fab xx

Got a voucher for Christmas and get my work schedule weekly so found it very hard to get booked in because every time I phoned they were "fully booked" for that week/week after and every time I phoned they were quite cheeky. Had to give my voucher to my mum who phoned to book for her and my sister in law in as they ignored her emails then blamed them on the phone for this happening even though they didn't check their emails, again they very cheeky to my mum but told her that they've booked her in and she could book my sister in law in the day she's in for he treatment as she didn't know when was suitable for her. Next day my sister in law phoned to book and again they were "fully booked" after saying my mum could later on that same week. Absolute shambles and the cheek of the lady was shocking. Both went for treatment and fully enjoyed it saying it was amazing but the booking in situation was ridiculous.
If you get a weekly rota in work then I'd highly recommend booking in advance and asking for a day off as they seem to always be "fully booked".
