Simple Property Management was established by a team of people who are existing landlords and tenants, which provides us with valuable insight to the property experience.

Our director was fed up of properties which were managed by other letting agents being void for key periods; not regularly inspected and furniture and fittings being destroyed by tenants.

Our aim is to offer both our tenants and landlords a positive property experience with a level of customer service that we should expect but don't often receive in the property sector. Here at Simple Property Management we have a simple motto:

'Big Enough to Manage, Small Enough to Care'
