August we are open late Monday - Friday evenings in Melrose until 7.30. Pop in for a hot drink or ice cream if out and about!

Just across the road from Simply Delicious we are so lucky to have these fabulous gardens. Have an ice cream and go and have a wander round these peaceful gardens in the middle of the town.

We are now open on Mondays during the summer school holidays in Galashiels so pop in for a treat.

Simply Delicious will be open in Galashiels on Wednesday night for the Fancy Dress for takeaway drinks and ice creams.

Simply Delicious will be open in Melrose tonight for the Crowning of the Queen and the Installation of the Melrosian. We wish everyone involved in the ceremony a wonderful evening.

Buy some delicious Brodies coffee at Simply Delicious in Melrose and Galashiels. The beans are roasted in Edinburgh and you can sit in or takeaway.

Gluten free cones now available in both Galashiels and Melrose. If you can't have a wafer or waffle cone, a tub is no longer the only option!

Schools are off tomorrow and we are open in both Galashiels and Melrose at Simply Delicious so pop in for a treat.

We are open on Bank Holiday Monday, May the 7th, in both Galashiels and Melrose. If you are off on study leave and need a boost or just have a day of holiday pop in and treat yourself.

I like going over to Melrose for a big 3 or 4 scoops ice cream cone. Staff always friendly. Never used the Galashiels cafe as such. Contactless or chip and pin I always use bank card so contactless is great for me. I will be back again soon.

Amazing little shop, the lady was so helpful and pointed us in the right direction of another equally as good little spot. It's a shame we have had to leave to head home as it would have been out local coffee spot x
